Feel awakened and calmer and improve your overall well-being! Regular practice of yoga and meditation embraces the Body, Mind and Soul as one. Join yoga instructor, Bhagya Avula, Isha Foundation volunteer, as she demonstrates methods to increase energy levels and reduce physical and mental stress.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat or towel and bottled water, and wear comfortable, loose clothing to accommodate movement. All levels welcome. Class meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
