Tech Titans 50+ is a free technology training program provided by Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and community partners including: AARP, Senior Planet, and the Center for Digital Equity. This program provides a welcoming learning environment for older adults to support each other as they develop new technology skills. Programs are geared toward ages 50+.
This presentation will cover the ins and outs of how to protect your personal information online. We’ll cover tips for staying safe in cyberspace, like safe browsing, how to recognize online scams, and when it’s OK — or not — to share your personal information online.
This program will take place indoors at the North County Regional Library. Face coverings are strongly encouraged for
both participants and staff. Indoor programs will include social distancing based on the library space.
[Include any other relevant facilities details here.]
