Start off the school year by visiting your local library for a special literacy festival to learn about all the literacy resources, programs, and services that can support children (geared to K-3rd grade, but all are welcome)! Join us for a special visit and reading from Kelly Starling Lyons, author of Tiara’s Hat Parade, make a craft, and take home fun surprises! Pull back the curtain as we discuss the process of taking this book from page to stage in the upcoming world premiere of Tiara’s Hat Parade at Children’s Theatre of Charlotte: Feb 22-Mar 9, 2025.
