CML Teen Journalism and Writing Group (Virtual)

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Description

Writers of all experience and skill levels are encouraged to join this group to share their writing to assist on the creation of Charlotte Mecklenburg Library's Teen Circular. The Queen's Quill is now accepting writers, photojournalists, live reporters, those that don't mind reading or doing voiceovers of national and/or local news to be posted on our Teen Instagram page.

This bimonthly publication highlights and showcases the work of teens residing in the West Boulevard community. The circular will serve as a catalyst to ensure that the voices, talents, and accomplishments of our teens are heard and respected.

Teens that participate in this new project will earn volunteer service hours. This program will be advise by library Outreach Specialist, Sabrina Robinson and is recommended for teens ages 12 to 18.
