It's a creepy story, but a bit predictable. There is one seen that I found very disgusting and I closed my eyes. But the movie is fun if you like thrillers.
A weak offering, and far more disgusting than disturbing. Easily the worst from Shyamalan. The fright that th children should have experienced was actually played down, and the ending was deflated.

If it wasn't for a few major flaws in this films presentation, this could've easily been a far better film. As there is some legitimate terror to be found in this rough gem.
Essentially what starts out as a story about a mother sending…

If you liked the paranormal activities then this is for you. I walked out! Nothing like Signs, Sixth Sense or The Purge which were great! If you've got 2 hours to waste on shaky camera, everyday activities of teens in the country and only…

A very entertaining movie from M Night Shyamalan. The twist or "surprise" that Shyamalan usually includes in his movies was pretty predictable but the two main juvenile characters carried the movie well and made it fun to view to the end.

This movie was ok. Besides the fact that the mother sent her kids to someone she hasn’t seen for like 20 years is dumb in itself. The movie was creepy and weird at some points though which I liked. I thought it was cool the way the show…

It seems that a lot of people in the reviews don't like this movie, however I loved it! I think the boy is SO funny! His little raps and his overall behavior cracks me up. I absolutely love horror movies and am not easily scared. However,…

This was terrible. The young teenagers in it had horrible dialogue that no one that age (or even an adult) would use. It was painful to watch. The used diaper in the face at the end sums up the quality you can expect. Utter crap.
I can't even give it one star.
This is one of, if not the worst movie, I have ever seen. Not something I would have expected from
M. Knight Shyamalan who
gave us the brilliant movie The Sixth Sense! Maybe my expectations were high but…

This movie was hilarious, I was laughing the whole the movie. Overall it's a good movie with a big twist, it's not that scary for a horror movie, but with the genre of the movie there were jump scares. But really it's more comedy.
This movie is more of a comedy than horror movie. The story is quite clever and the plot twist near the end really caught us off guard. We watched it with our teenage daughters and we gasped and laughed the whole time. There are…

This movie is one of the best movies I have ever watched. ‘The Visit’, starring Olivia Dejonge (Becca) and Ed Oxenbould (Tyler), is about two kids that believe they are going to spend a normal week with their grandparents that they are…
This movie was a total waste of time. Incredibly boring and not even a second was scary. The great scary movies are longer gone! And the plot? Seriously whose mother would send her children alone to a grandparents' house, when she did not…
