It's a good idea to read (or re-read) this book, then familiarize yourself with portions of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, fast tracked within the Obama Administration, which have been leaked to the public. (South Koreans rioted in the streets a year ago over this, as their jobs, and US jobs, were slated to be offshored to slave labor camps in North Korean). Next, check out the Washington state court decision, finding on behalf of the plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit by the Evergreen Legal Services, in a case where farms in Central Washington laid off their workers and contracted with a farm personnel company, which flew in the cheapest workers from Thailand. (The same thing, farms using Thai workers specially flown in, happened in California and Hawaii.)
