I enjoyed the book, but was confused because the authors suggesting the reader pare down her closet drastically yet it seemed like they bought and owned tons of clothing themselves! Hmmmm!

I started getting irritated with this book about half way through. I think it was written by a couple socialites whose friends kept saying "OMG, you should so write a book!"
That aside at the very beginning it did encourage me to clear out my closet and take a critical look at EVERYTHING and only put back stuff I love and looks good on me.

I found this book to be pretty useful, in spite of a slightly ditsy and occasionally patronizing writing style. Mainly, it's very supportive of any female's desire to rid herself of extraneous, cluttering apparel items, and to that end, provides useful strategies and recommendations for both de-cluttering and organizing. On the down side, the authors feel a need to organize their audience into some half-dozen "style" categories. Not sure how helpful this is to anybody. Also misdirected is the title; personally, I have way too much to wear, and I know it, so some readers who might benefit from the book will pass it up. Do males have the same problems with their wardrobes? If so, do they ever worry about them? If yes, then there should be a gender-inclusive version out there.
