This movie had many laugh-out-loud moments. I love the Daphne Peeples character and all the performances were truly top notch. I just have to glance at David Allen Grier and I'm in hysterics!
My first Craig Robinson movie and won't be my last. The headdress scene is too funny. Watch out for the TIMEX scene, it is original, cute and funny!
I didn't laugh at all period.Craig Robinson and David Allen Grier are not funny at all period. This film also promotes LESBIANISM,SEXUAL IMMORALITY,BOYS STEALING & WEARING THEIR MOTHER'S EARRINGS,MAKING STRAIGHT BOYS EFFEMINATE,FORNICATION,PRETENDING TO LOVE YOUR LOVER,LYING TO YOUR LOVER,BETRAYING YOUR LOVER,COWARDICE,SPIKING OTHER PEOPLES DRINKS WITH DRUGS,and of course Tyler Perry's latest vicious attack on black males and black men period.Should i continue????????????????????????
I found this film funny -- it is meant to go to extremes and not make sense. Of course as with any comedy there is some truth to the charactars. I enjoyed the wackyness and the fast ride :)
Above average black family comedy. Craig Robinson is funny. Still he had a hard time carrying this Meet the Parents rip off. Robinson delivers some laughs, but the story is tired. There are some good lines and funny situations. Watchable for Robinson. The guy who plays his brother has some good bits and the gay sister is smoking hot.
17 MINUTES WAS ENOUGH.
WASTE OF TIME. TOO BAD LIBRARY SPENDS MONEY ON THIS DEBACLE. MANY OTHER DOCUMENTARIES WOULD BE MONEY WELL SPENT. TYLER PERRY IS RIPPING OFF HOLLYWOOD.
Skip it - Horrible, juvenile comedy from the production house of Tyler Perry. I wished he directed and lent some of his inspiration into this old story of fitting into a strange family.
on a scale of 1 -10 this movie is a 1
