eputy Max Bradshaw is thriving as the town sheriff. After his rough childhood he was determined to make a life for himself and he has in Razor Bay. Max is the strong silent type and I just loved him. For me this whole book was just about Max, I liked Harper, the new summer activity coordinator at the inn that has him feeling things that he has never felt before, I was only focused on Max and his happy ending. His birthday scene made me almost choke up.
This story Is emotional and sizzling, as well as fun.
Max and his brother Jake have successfully mended the rift between them and some of their scenes are the best ones in the novel.
I was fully immersed in the story. it is a perfect blend of family, friendship and romance. The cast of characters is diverse and immensely likeable. High recommend.
