Spider-Woman, who's spent a good deal of time in recent years as an Avenger, goes to her street level roots in this series collection, with a new direction as she finds herself working with a well known Marvel universe reporter, Ben Urich, and a hapless perennial d-list villain. The new direction works fairly well for me.
Stopped reading after Jessica Drew refused to help a group of missing persons because they were women who quote:
"Might just want to be independent and don't need someone butting into their private lives."
Not really super-hero quality writing [or mentality] and kinda on the cringy side of social justice.
Art's decent though and the updated suit is a nice change of pace at least.
