I think it's a very good documentary. I found that Kathy's sharing & that of her husband was so insightful. It makes me wonder how many marriages out there have a similar situation but aren't aware of the fact that depression is a major factor in their marital problems.
Peter Farrow (of Peter, Paul & Mary) also shares. So great that a public figure would be honest about his own challenges with depression!
There are some good tips such as GRAPES.

Very interesting. Several people were interviewed - those with depression and those who have lost someone due to depression.

What it misses are that exercise and having a purpose do help.
