This was a terrific book. Why don't you do yourself a favor and read this book? What a treat! I give this book 5 stars. (My brother does too) (Ines)

Mr. Wolf enlists the help of three friends (Mr. Snake, Mr. Piranha, and Mr. Shark) to show the world that they are really just misunderstood good guys. What could go wrong when they set out to do good deeds, like rescuing a cat stuck in a tree? I laughed out loud at their silly schemes and humorous dialog. It is part book, part graphic novel. The illustrations and typography (also by the author) are fun and engaging. I would suggest “The Bad Guys” series to fans of “The Yeti Files” or “Chicken Squad.”

A great read about Wolf, Piranha, Snake and Shark who are on a mission to change how they are perceived by others. Can they do it?

Fun to read and look at.

I loved this sparse-text graphic novel. The characters are hilarious, the story is silly, and there's enough action to keep a reader hooked. Give to fans of Captain Underpants and reluctant readers.

A quick-reading graphic novel that has the characters talking directly to readers as much as to each other. Mr. Wolf--as in "Big, Bad"--tries to convince us he's been misunderstood and is really a good guy, then he tries to convince three other colleagues that they are, too. So they set off in search of opportunities to perform good deeds and become Good Guys, despite their scary appearances (and instinctual methods). There is plenty of slapstick humor, ongoing silly dialogue, and just enough doubt about their sincerity to provide suspense. It makes for a highly appealing package that is sure to entertain young readers.
