This 1977 performance from New York's legendary CBGB's proves why The Dead Boys were the epitome of snotty punk rock. Characterized by Stiv Bator's audience-provoking, on-stage antics, along with the band's aggressive power chord punch, The Dead Boys have earned their title as one of the greatest and most influential punk bands in history. Hand-held camera footage from the audience holds up surprisingly well and is comprised of a three-camera color shoot of the show, lasting ten songs and some forty minutes, including footage of openers, The Steel Tips. Additional interviews with CBGB's founding father Hilly Kristal and Dead Boys' guitarist Cheetah Chrome provide band insights, and narrate Joey Ramone's discovery of them. The track list includes: "Sonic Reducer," "All this and More," "Not Anymore," "Revenge," "Flame Thrower Love," "I Need Lunch," "Ain't Nothin' to Do," "What Love Is," "High Tension Wire," and "Search and Destroy.
