Nightlights is a lovely book that shows us all the different ways the world lights up after the sun goes down. It is also a great introduction to celestial concepts like constellations and moon phases for young readers.

A terrific picture book for introducing night sky concepts like the moon phases, constellations, nocturnal animals, and more. Illustrations compare dark nights in the country to city skylines at night to the nightlights we usually think of in a child's bedroom. Repetition of the word "nightlights" adds a soothing, lullaby quality to the rhymes, making this a fun book to share at bedtime.
