Desire comes from an abusive home situation, and when she get kicked out of her home by her mother's abusive boyfriend, she meets love of her life Chad. Desire was raised by her grandmother and mother, her father was never in the picture. After seeing her mother in jail, Desire finally come face to face with her father. Their relationship is magically until he holds back a shocking secret that lands her in the hospital. While Desire is in the hospital she finds out she and Chad is expecting. Soon after finding out the news of their baby, Chad and Desire begin to plan their wedding. During the process Desire and her wedding planner Jennifer, an old friend of hers from grade school, begin to unfold the true meaning to their relationship. At the same time Chad begin to unfold some untold lies about his sexuality. He isn't sure how to tell Desire what's going on with him but with the help meddling mother Sharron, she tells Desire everything she needs to know about Chad and his secrets. Will she continue on with the wedding? Will they make it down the aisle. Desire doesn't care what her mother in law has to say about Chad because she, herself has some secrets of her own. The question is will Desire and Chad live happily ever after or will another person die?
