Really good cookbook! I plan on taking my copies of master recipes to a one of the local Asian groceries and trying some of these intriguing ingredients to create them. I'm really looking forward to adding them to my regular cooking (w/o telling TH) to see the difference. It's not very often that an oldish married gal gets excited about cooking!!

New cooks and old hands will find this book to be helpful in adding spice to our lives; I highly recommend picking up your copy today!
