Quite enjoyed this book. Was a little hard to get into at the beginning because Lucy's life is depicted as a real person and was hard to wrap my head around that. Also Ahern would go a couple of paragraphs describing something and then say "I lied"..THAT was really annoying as she did this a few times through the book and as the reader is building a mental picture of a person or of an event, she halts it by saying "I lied" and then you have to scrap that image in your head and start again. That was quite frustrating and almost caused me to put the book down altogether. However I'm glad I kept going, because the storyline was an interesting one, and in my opinion its only about 3 chapters at the start where its a little confusing, and then I caught myself giggling a little here and there and enjoying the flow. All in all a refreshing storyline and an interesting read. You may find yourself falling in love with life as you read this book :) I did!
