Customers of SouthPark Regional (formerly Morrison), Allegra Westbrooks Regional (formerly Beatties Ford Rd.) and South Boulevard (formerly Scaleybark) need to go to your "Settings" and then "Holds and Pickup Location" to make sure you have your correct location chosen for "Preferred Locations" and "Single-Click Holds".
